We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) when you interact with our Services. Some help us maintain security, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save preferences, and support basic site functions.

We also permit third parties and service providers to use online tracking technologies on our Services for analytics and advertising — including managing and displaying ads, tailoring ads to your interests, or sending abandoned cart reminders. Where these technologies are deemed a "sale"/"sharing" under applicable US state law, you can opt out as described in Do United States Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?

Full detail on how we use these technologies, and how to refuse certain cookies, is in our Cookie Notice.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice requires keeping your personal information for longer than 6 months.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it, or, if that isn't possible (for example, information stored in backup archives), securely store and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

7. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

In ShortWe aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect any personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed 100% secure, so we cannot promise that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized parties will never defeat our security. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk — please only access the Services within a secure environment.

8. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

In ShortWe do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction.

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction), or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to their use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under 18, please contact us at support@dimber.co.

9. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

In ShortDepending on your state of residence in the US or region — such as the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada — you have rights that allow greater access to and control over your personal information.

In some regions you have the right to (i) request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) request rectification or erasure, (iii) restrict processing, (iv) request data portability, and (v) not be subject to automated decision-making. You may also have the right to object to processing. Contact us using the details in How Can You Contact Us About This Notice?

If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we are unlawfully processing your information, you have the right to complain to your Member State or UK data protection authority. If you are in Switzerland, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

Withdrawing your consent. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us — this won't affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Opting out of marketing. Unsubscribe anytime via the link in our marketing emails, or by contacting us. We may still send service-related messages necessary for your account or to respond to requests.

Cookies. Most browsers accept cookies by default; you can usually set yours to remove or reject them, though this may affect certain features. See our Cookie Notice.

10. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") setting. As no uniform technology standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized, we do not currently respond to DNT signals or similar mechanisms. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we'll update this notice accordingly. California law requires us to disclose this, and we do so here.
